This e-mail report is used for daily business to manage and maintain iDistributor and your ERP-system.
These reports are sent when there is an error.
Common errors
Missing Product Error Report
When the subject of the email is "Missing Product Error Report," you will receive a list of article numbers. This indicates that iDistributor does not currently have a product with the corresponding article number.
Action: Your next step should involve searching for the safety data sheet and ensuring that it aligns with the article numbers registered in your ERP-system.
Error report on sending sds's
When the subject of the email is "Error report on sending sds´s, "it says "No documents matched the rules. We could not send any SDS!". This means that the safety data sheet is missing on the product.
Actions:
The product can have remark and that´s why it is missing. How to resolve a remark (link to Overview - remarks).
