REACH Legislation — Your Obligation
Under REACH (EC) No 1907/2006, Article 31:8, distributors, manufacturers, importers and only representatives must actively provide safety data sheets at the first delivery of a chemical product, and send updated versions to customers who purchased the product within the last 12 months. Publishing an SDS on a website is not sufficient — active distribution is required.
